Thanksgiving Fun with Family

This year for Thanksgiving we went to Utah to visit family. This was the first time in 8 years of marriage that we were able to spend Thanksgiving with our extended family's. We drove all night and pulled into Alex's mothers house at about 12:00pm, got cleaned up really fast so we could eat at 12:30pm. We ate, talked, played games and had a really good time. Friday Alex's sister, Veronica and I woke up early so we could go shopping at 4:00am. Are we crazy? We had fun trying to get in and out of stores as fast as we could. Some of the stores we were successful, others not so much. Then we went back to our family's just in time for them to wake up. Alex and I did a little more shopping while the kids stayed at Grandma's and played. They had so much fun playing with there cousins. That night we all went to Sizzler for dinner. It is hard to find a place to eat that will seat 16 people. The Sizzler in Bountiful has a really good salad bar. All the kids even ate well. We had a really nice time with Family.
